The front desk that never misses a call.

Flowlyy answers on the first ring, works out what the job is, quotes from your own price list and books it in. Nights, weekends, and while you're already on the phone.

One Tuesday morning

This is what a missed call actually looks like.

09:14
Mrs Patel's boiler dies. She finds you on Google and rings.
09:14
You're under a sink in Putney with your hands full. It rings out.
09:15
She doesn't leave a voicemail. Nobody leaves a voicemail.
09:16
She rings the next result down the page.
09:22
They answer, quote £480 and book her in for Thursday.
17:30
You check your phone. One missed call, no name, no context.

Eight minutes, start to finish. It happens on evenings, weekends, and every time you're already on the phone to someone else — and the only trace it leaves is a number you don't recognise.

So what are yours worth?

Your figures, not ours. Open your call log for the last full week and count the ones that rang out, went to voicemail, or hit the engaged tone.

Arithmetic only — your inputs, multiplied. Flowlyy won't win every one of these. It will answer every one of them.

What it does

Four things, on every call, without you.

Qualify

It asks what your best office manager would ask

What's broken, how bad, where, how urgent. By the end of the call the job is understood, not just logged as a message to return later.

Agent

Morning, you've reached Ridgeway Plumbing. What's going on?

Caller

My boiler's stopped. No hot water since last night.

Agent

Sorry — that's a cold morning. Any water leaking, or just no heat?

Caller

No leak. The display's showing an F1.

Quote

It prices from your book, never from its imagination

Your rates, your out‑of‑hours uplift, your exclusions. Anything not on the list, it says so and offers a survey instead of inventing a number.

Escalate

It knows the difference between annoying and dangerous

Gas, flooding, no heat with a newborn in the house. Those go straight to a human, day or night, with everything it has already gathered.

Setup

On your line by the end of the week.

01

Send us your price list

A spreadsheet, a PDF, the back of an invoice. We load your services, rates, service area and working hours into the agent. Under an hour.

02

Ring it yourself and correct it

Call the agent as if you were a customer. Anything it gets wrong you tell it in plain English — "we don't go past Croydon" — and it's right on the next call.

03

Forward only the calls you choose

Start with after‑hours and overflow. Move it onto the main line once you've listened to a week of real calls. Turn it off in one click.

The failure you're picturing is the one we designed around.

An agent that invents a price or promises a slot you can't make is worse than voicemail. So it isn't allowed to.

It can only say numbers you wrote down

Prices come from your price book. No estimating, no "somewhere around".

It only offers slots that exist

Availability is read live from your calendar, with your travel and buffer rules applied.

It hands over when it's out of its depth

Anything unusual, angry or urgent goes to a human — with the context already gathered.

Every call is recorded and transcribed

Read exactly what was said on any call, and correct the agent straight from that transcript.

It tells people what it is

If a caller asks, the agent says it's an assistant and offers a human. No pretending.

Callout is £189, which comes off the repair if we fix it same day. I have Tuesday 9am.

[X]Caller told the line is recorded, in the first sentence
[X]Recording and transcript kept 90 days, then deleted
[X]Full unredacted record visible to you, and only you
[ ]Card details captured on the call — never, by design

This is what your customer's data looks like to everyone except you. The bars aren't decoration — that's the part of the record we don't keep in the clear.

Divine Founder, Flowlyy

I kept hearing the same thing from trades businesses: the work is there, the phone is the bottleneck. Not enough hours in the day to be on the tools and on the line at the same time.

Every "solution" was either an answering service reading a script it didn't understand, or a chatbot on a website nobody visits. Meanwhile the actual job was walking down the road to whoever picked up.

So Flowlyy does the one thing that matters: it answers, it understands the job, and it books it. If it can't, it gets you. That's the whole product.

What we've been saying out loud.

Posts from the Flowlyy feed. Same argument as this page, made shorter.

Day 15. Not day 53. An invoice flagged on day 15 beside one still sitting unpaid on day 53.

FAQ

Before you put it on your line.

Will my customers know it's not a person?
Most don't notice on a short booking call. If they ask, the agent says straight away that it's an assistant and offers to put them through. We don't let it claim to be human.
What happens if it doesn't understand someone?
It asks once more. If it's still unclear it stops trying and transfers, or takes a number and flags the call for a human callback. It won't loop a caller round in circles.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number and forward the calls you want handled — all of them, or just the ones that ring out after four rings. It's a carrier setting, reversible any time.
Can it handle accents and noisy job sites?
It's the thing we test hardest. Before you go live you'll hear recordings from your own trial calls, so you're judging it on your customers rather than on a demo.
What if it books something I can't do?
It can only offer slots your calendar says are free, inside your service area, for services on your list. Anything outside those rules goes to a human instead of being booked.
How long until it's working properly?
Setup is under an hour once we have your price list. Most businesses run it on after‑hours calls for a week, listen back, tune the wording, then move it onto the main line.

Ring it yourself. It's the only demo that counts.

Put your number in and the agent calls you in about ten seconds. Be difficult with it.
